1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pantheon Project Management website (the “Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Pantheon Project Management provides project management, owner's representation, vendor coordination, scheduling, and related advisory services. The scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Pantheon Project Management.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Pantheon name and brand, is the property of Pantheon Project Management and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. No Warranty
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site. Project outcomes are governed exclusively by the terms of our written engagement agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheon Project Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any content on it.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Napa County, California.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
